1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (different from what was ordered).
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The saree is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
❌ We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
Minor irregularities inherent to handloom or handcrafted sarees
Color or texture differences due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
Change of mind or personal preference
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-stitched or blouse-stitched sarees
Sarees purchased during sale, clearance, or discount offers
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return:
- Email us at dvaramv@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 63623 69512 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order ID, clear images/videos of the issue, and a brief description.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable), or
- Ask you to ship the product to our return address.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Refund Policy
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Handloom & Silk Saree Disclaimer
Our sarees are crafted using traditional weaving techniques. Slight variations in:
- Color
- Weave
- Texture
are natural characteristics of pure silk and handloom sarees and are not considered defects.
